Description
On Prince of Wales Island, 8 mi W of Kasaan.
History
Named in 1956 by C. L. Sainsbury, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), because of "the large number of wolves that live near the lake and prey upon the beaver in the numerous small ponds near Wolf Lake."
