Description
Kokumpat Creek is located heads in Lockwood Hills, flows N to Kobuk River, 30 mi. ESE of Kobuk, Kotzebue-Kobuk Low.
History
Eskimo name recorded at Kobuk by Orth in 1956 and reported to mean "the south one," which refers to south of the Kobuk River.
