Description
Located in the Baird Mountains, extends west from Nakolik River, between Eli and Noatak Rivers, 15 miles northeast of Noatak, Brooks Range. (AK-T1)

Eskimo name meaning all the mountains ar steep, obtained in 1956 at Noatak by Orth. (AK-T1)
