Akikukchiak Creek is located in Baird Mts., flows N to Noatak River, 3 mi. NW of junction of Kaluktavik River and 56 mi. NE of Noatak, Brooks Range. 22 miles long.
History
Eskimo name meaning going to the new (other) side; obtained at Noatak in 1956 by Orth.
