Zane Pass is located at N end of Zane Hills, 33 mi. SE of Shungnak, Hogatza High.
History
Named in 1886 by Lieutenant Stoney (1900, map and p. 57-65), U.S. Navy (USN), for Ensign A. V. Zane, U.S. Navy (USN), a member of Stoney's expedition.
