Description
Nimiuk Point is located on Baldwin Peninsula, extends into Hotham Inlet, 18 mi. SE of Kotzebue;Kotzebue-Kobuk Low.
History
Eskimo name reported in 1884 by Lieutenant G. M. Stoney, U.S. Navy (USN), who says it signifies the cottonwood tree.
