Description
In the De Long Mountains, 7 mi W of Nucleus Mountain and 8.5 mi ENE of Tupik Mountain, 24 mi. NNE of Misheguk Mtn., Brooks Range.
History
Named by the B.P. Exploration Co. in 1965 because the when seen from the west looking east, the mountain bears a fanciful sphinx-like appearance.
