Description
Medial Creek is located heads between the two parts of Smith Mtn., flows N to Ipnavik River, 41 mi. N of Howard Pass, Arctic Slope.

Named by geologists connected with the Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 4 explorations; name published by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1951.
