Kigiktowk Creek is located flows NW 4 mi. to Chukshi Sea, between Corwin Bluff and Cape Sabine, W of Thetis Mine, 42 mi. NW of Mount Kelly; Arctic Slope.

Eskimo name meaning "the highest one" reported in 1950 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS).
