Description
Flows SW to the Chukchi Sea, 2.7 mi SE of Cape Thompson, Arctic Slope. 0.5 mile long.
History
Eskimo name reported in 1950 to mean "warm water" by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) and spelled cEm-mik-roak." The stream is reported not to freeze in winter, probably due to Cliff Spring near its mouth.
