Description
Ikroavik Lake is located on Chukchi Sea coast, 4.5 mi. SE of Barrow, Arctic Plain. 2.5 miles long.
History
Eskimo name recorded by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) about 1950 and reported to refer in meaning to "a place where one gets in a boat to travel."
