Description
Emaiksoun Lake is located on Chukchi Sea coast, 3 mi. S of Barrow, Arctic Plain. 1.5 miles long.
History
Eskimo name reported by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) about 1950. The first part of the name probably means "fresh water."
