Melsing Creek is located flows SW to Niukluk River at Council, 33 mi. NE of Solomon, Seward Peninsula High.
History
Prospectors' name reported in 1899 by Schrader and Brooks (1900, map 3), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Named for L. S. Melsing, one of those who found gold in this area.
