On the W coast of Saint Lawrence Island, 9 mi SE of Vngyat Point, formed by the S projection of Owalit Mountain, 26 mi. S of Gambell.
History
Eskimo name meaning "bridge of the nose," reported in 1949 by Major H. B. Allen, U.S. Air Force (USAF).
