3 mi NW of Southeast Cape, sloping gradually W to the sea, 1.3 mi from Emghem Mountain, on the S coast of Saint Lawrence Island.

Eskimo name recommended by the Savoonga village council; reported in 1949 by Major Allen, U.S. Air Force (USAF).
