Description
Pumice Creek is located flows NW to King Salmon River, on Alaska Peninsula, 19 mi. SW of Ugashik, Bristol Bay Low.
History
Descriptive name given in 1923 by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS); suggested by "the pumice particles from Aniakchak Volcano which cover its valley."
