Description
Figure Eight Creek is located heads W on Lone Hill, flows NW through a lake to Dog Salmon River, on Alaska Peninsula, 22 mi. SE of Ugashik, Aleutian Range. 22 miles long.
History
Descriptive name given in 1923 by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), because of "its sinuosities."
