Description
Mount Alai is located near W end of Wide Bay, on S coast of Alaska Peninsula, 33 mi. SE of Ugashik, Aleutian Range
History
Apparently a native name given in 1831-32 as "Gora Alai" and published in 1847 as "Gora Alay" by Ensign Vasiliev on Russian Hydrographic Dept. Chart 1379.
