Akumsuk is located on N bank of Lamont Slough, 2 mi. S of Kwiguk, Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta
History
Eskimo camp reported in 1952 by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The same year U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) reported the name as Mumsuk.
