Stripe Rock is located in Marmot Bay, 7 mi. NE of Afognak, on SE coast of Afognak I.
History
Name published by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1910. The name "Pillar" was previously used for this feature by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS), but was later changed because of duplications.
