Description
Hawk Point is located in Alitak Bay, on W coast of Aliulik Peninsula, at S end of Kodiak Island.
History
Descriptive name given in 1929 by Captain R. R. Lukens, US Coast and Geodetic Survey, "who observed a species of fishhawk nesting on adjacent bluffs."
