Description
Chakok River is located on Kenai Peninsula flows SW to North Fork Anchor River, 3.5 mi. NE of village of Anchor Point and 13 mi. NW of Homer, Cook Inlet Low. 9 miles long.
History
Apparently a Kenai Indian name reported by I. G. Wosnesenski, who explored the area about 1840.
