Description
On Kenai Peninsula, 6 mi NW of Upper Trail Lake in Chugach National Forest, draining NW into Quartz Creek, 0.2 mi S of the mouth of Johns Creek, 24 mi. S of Sunrise. 16 acres in size.
History
Local name reported in 1954 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). In 1910 U. S. Grant, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), reported the name "Fairman Lake," probably after the man of that name who had a cabin nearby.
