McCarty Glacier is located heads in Kenai Mts. and trends S to its terminus at East Arm Nuka Bay, 45 mi. E of Homer, Chugach Mts.

Named for William McCarty of Seward and reported by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1911.
