Description

Harris Peninsula is located extends SE between Harris and Aialik Bays, 30 mi. SW of Seward, Chugach Mts. 16 miles long.

History

Named in 1928 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) "after the adjoining bay."
