McNeil Cove is located on W shore of Kamishak Bay, 32 mi. SW of Augustine I., Aleutian Range
History
Named for Charlie Mcneil, a rancher in the area, and reported by R. H. Sargent, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), in 1923. The name was published by K. F. Mather, (in Brooks and others, 1925, pl. 3).
