Boulder Creek is located flows SE to Eagle River, 2.4 mi. SW of 1962 terminus of Eagle Glacier and 21 mi. NW of Juneau, Coast Mts.;
History
Descriptive local name first recorded in 1900 on a placer claim by D. J. Stamp (DeArmond, 1957, p. 8). The name was published by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1912 (Knopf, pls. 1, 2, and 5).
