Description
Located in Glacier Bay National Monument, extends NW-SE between Burroughs and Plateau Glaciers, St. Elias Mountains. 7 miles long.
History
Named by the American Geographical Society (Field, 1947, map) for Minor Wait Bruce, the author of "Alaska, Its History and Resources," who visited Glacier Bay in 1889. (AK-T1)
