Description
In Glacier Bay National Monument, heads 0.2 mi SE of Berg Mountain and trends W 2.8 mi to the head of an unnamed stream, 2.6 mi N of Adams Inlet and 66 mi NW of Juneau; St. Elias Mountains. 2.8 miles long.
History
Descrptive name given in 1890 by H. F. Reid (1892, p. 28) because the glacier was surronded by moraines.
