Description
Contains the incorporated places of Angoon, Gustavus, Hoonah, Pelican, and Tenakee Springs; the Census Designated Places of Cube Cove, Elfin Cove, Game Creek, Hobart Bay, and Whetstone Logging Camp; and the Alaska Native Village Statistical Areas of Angoon, Chilkat, Chilcoot, and Hoonah.
History
Created June 20, 2007 when Skagway Municipality was formed. Represents the remaining area of the former Skagway-Hoonah-Angoon Census Area.
