Point Pybus is located on E coast of Admiralty I., at N entrance to Pybus Bay, 4 mi. W of The Brothers and 56 mi. E of Sitka, Alex. Arch.
History
Named by Captain George Vancouver, Royal Navy (RN), when the point was discovered August 4, 1794, by Lieutenant Joseph Whidbey, Royal Navy (RN), (Wagner, 1937, p. 403).
