Description
Barlow Point is located on end of Mansfield Peninsula, in Saginaw Channel, 3 mi. SE of Point Retreat and 18 mi. NW of Juneau, Alex. Arch.
History
Named by W. H. Dall, U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS), and published in the 1883 Coast Pilot. The name is derived from nearby Barlow Cove.
