Description
In Tongass National Forest on north coast of Chichagof Island, bounded on the NE by Port Althorp, on the NW by Cross Sound, and on the SW by Lisianski Inlet, 34 mi. WNW of Hoonah, Alex. Arch. 5 miles long.

Named in 1955 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for Port Althorp.
