Description
Tuniakpuk (historical) is located on left bank of Togiak River, 2 mi. W of Kashiagamiut and 54 mi. NE of Goodnews, Kilbuck-Kuskokwim Mts
History
Former Eskimo village reported by Ivan Petroff in the 1880 Census as "Tuniakhpuk" and "Tunniakhpuk," meaning "big Tuniak." The population in 1880 was 137.
