Description
Grant Creek is located in Denali National Park (formerly Mount Mckinley National Park), flows NW from Mount Eielson to Camp Creek, E of Muldrow Glacier, 2.8 mi. SE of Eielson Visitor Center, Alaska Range. 2.5 miles long.
History
Locally named in 1931 for O. M. Grant "the best known prospector in the region" according to J. C. Reed, Sr., and S. N. Stoner, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
