Description
Block Island is located in Upper Passage, between Eleanor and Ingot Is., 24 mi. NE of Chenega, Chugach Mts; 1.2 miles long.
History
Named by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) in 1930, "for Block Island off Montauk Point, N.Y.".
