Description
Goodwin Glacier is located trends E to its terminus 0.7 mi. W of Copper River and 30 mi. NW of Katalla, Chugach Mts. 6.5 miles long.
History
Named in 1884 by Captain W. R. Abercrombie, USA, for "Major W. E. Goodwin, U.S.V." (USA Volunteers).
