Squirrel Bay is located trends W to Prince of Wales Passage, at SW end of Evans I., 20 mi. S of Chenega, Chugach Mts.
History
So named in 1927 by a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) party "because feature on topographic map bears likeness to head and paws of a squirrel."
