Description

In the Kilbuck Mountains, trending N-S, 15 mi N of Eek Lake and between the Kwethluk and Kisaralik Rivers, 57 mi. SE of Bethel. 13 miles long.

History

So named in 1955 by J. M. Hoare, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), because "the ridge consists chiefly of greenish colored rocks * * *."
