Description
Black Bluffs is located on S coast of Saint Paul I., in Pribilof Islands. 40 feet high.
History
Local descriptive name reported in 1875 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS): "A symmetrical remnant of a cinder cone mostly dissected away by erosion or the waves."
