Description
Cutter Point is located in Chernofski Harbor, on SW coast of Unalaska I., Aleutian Islands.
History
Named by a U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) field party of 1937-38 which reported that, anchorage and shelter from the Wind, particularly for small craft, is found behind this point. The field party frist used the name Middle Spit.
