SW end of Alaska Peninsula, Bristol Bay Low, the northeasternmost of the Kudiakof Islands, NW shore of Moffett Lagoon, 16 mi NNE of Fort Randall.

Named by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF), 1888, for Rudolph Neumann, a member of the Alaska Commercial Company.
