On the W side of the Continental Divide, 5.5 mi SSW of Lava Mountain and 9.8 mi S of Togwotee Pass.
History
Named for Orestes Hawley St John (1841-1921), geologist, who described the geological and geographical character of the Wind River and Gros Ventre Ranges.
