Description

In Upper Geyser Basin, part of the Lion Group; about 500 ft N of Beehive Geyser on the right bank of Firehole River.

History

The name was given by Superintendent Norris in 1881; in 1871 Captain Barlow called this, and two other geysers, "The Chimneys" and Comstock, geologist of Captain Jones' party, 1873, called them "The Trinity"
