Description
Castle Rocks is located located between the Belle Fourche River and Miller Creek, 4.3 km (2.7 mi) NW of Sunny Divide and 2.1 km (1.3 mi) SE of Carlile Junction.
History
The outermost edges of the summit have high exposed broken off sections of rock that are clearly visable from U.S. Highway 14. These rocks are what give the feature its name.
