14 acres in size with a maximum depth of 26 feet. Located in the Town of Land O'Lakes on the campus of the Conserve School, 3.2 km (2 mi) northeast of Black Oak Lake, 6.4 km (4 mi) west-northwest of the community of Land O'Lakes.

Named for Elaine Lowenstine (1927-1994), longtime area resident and wife of the founder of the Conserve School.
