Description
Extends n from the Strait of Juan de Fuca between Rosario Strait on the E and Haro Strait on the W and Boundary Pass on the NW, 20 mi WSW of Bellingham; includes all islands, exposed rocks, shoals and reefs that are within the 1977 boundaries of San Juan County.
