Description
On Sucia Island, in the San Juan Islands, on NE shore of Fossil Bay, bound on the NE by Mud Bay and Snoring Bay.
History
Named for Charles Henry Wiggins who in the 1880's established a homestead near the W end of Mud Bay; the Wiggins family lived on the island for approximately 30 years
