Description
Heads 0.8 km (0.5 mi) WSW of Old Hatchery Lake, flows W 0.8 km (0.5 mi) then N to Purdy Creek, 4.5 km (2.8 mi) N of Brockdale, at the end of Skokomish Valley.
History
English translation of the Twana word "Duxwtalaqbed" which means "place where one eats mussels out of the shell" was the name historically applied to this stream.
