Description
In North Cascades National Park/Lake Chelan National Recreation Area/Stephen Mather Wilderness, heads 0.4 mi. SW of McGregor Mountain, flows SW then SE to enter the Stehekin River.
History
Named for Wilson Howard, who established mining claims at nearby Howard Lake in the late 19th century.
